Product-to-signal map

The catalog mapped to the real triggers that should surface each product: a lab result, a chat message, or something the member did in the app. This is what makes a recommendation feel clinical instead of flimsy, and it is the engine behind the store personalization idea.

Fix first · the reason line

Make it cite a real trigger, not a vibe

The mockup said "Because you checked your PhenoAge and asked about longevity." That reads flimsy because it is vague. The fix is a simple pattern: name the real trigger, name the product, give one reason. Tie it to a number, a message, or a doctor recommendation.

Flimsy
Because you checked your PhenoAge and asked about longevity
Grounded
Your PhenoAge came back older than your real age. Drive and Revive support the cellular energy behind biological aging.
Grounded
Your last panel showed Vitamin D at 22 ng/mL, below range. Luminate is the D3 your Baker doctors recommend at that level.
Grounded
You messaged the team about trouble sleeping this week. Serenity and Drift are the magnesium and melatonin our team suggests first.
Grounded
You're starting a weight-loss program. Protein and a daily multivitamin matter most now: Fuel and Thrive.

Bundles

Sell the stack, not the single jar

The store barely bundles today (only "Calm 3 Bottles" and HRT exist). But the map clusters naturally into stacks, each triggered by one intent. Bundling is the fastest way to lift the average order, and each stack has a clean personalization hook.

The clinical hook

Lab result to product, at a glance

This is the most credible trigger of all: a member's own bloodwork. Baker already runs these panels, so the recommendation writes itself.

Product-line gaps worth flagging: Baker's common panels include thyroid (TSH) and blood sugar (HbA1c), but there is no supplement mapped to either. The blood-sugar gap is notable given the huge weight-loss / GLP-1 demand. These are white space for new products, and a reason personalization surfaces demand the catalog cannot yet meet.
